Job Description:
- Analyzing CRM channels on daily basis and take initiatives to have per channel improvements.
- Budget and capacity allocation to each channel based on business requirements.
- Managing CRM channels content and take necessary actions to improve messaging.
- Analyze complex customer data sets and find better segmentation of users based on historical/behavioral data.
- Improving CRM processes bases on channel requirements.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Analytical tools (Google analytics, etc.), RFM and segmentation (Familiarity with Google tag manager and WebEngage is a plus)
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (an MBA degree is a plus)
