We are hiring a junior recruitment specialist interested in IT and Tech environments. In this position you will be trained to source and recruit candidates in different Tech-based job positions. If you have experience in technical recruitment or you are interested, feel free to apply.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the recruitment process (preparing and posting job ads, phone screening, setting up interviews, etc.) and conducting interviews
- Preparation and updating job descriptions and applying creative changes for recruitment
- Collaboration with senior recruitment specialists to find and apply the best recruitment strategies
- Headhunting
- Carrying out the process of On Boarding and Off Boarding
- Creating useful connections with different HR communities
- Preparing and analyzing recruitment reports
- Cooperation and participation in HR projects
Requirements:
- Familiar with full recruitment cycle
- Familiar with process of competency-based interviews
- Familiar with recruitment through LinkedIn and Hunt for tech job positions
- Familiar with IT workforce recruitment
- Ability to design and implement useful & up to date recruiting strategies
- Ability to analyze behavioral characteristics and body language
- experience or familiar with ATS software
- Willing to study and learn the latest HR topics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
* Work experience or education in computer science fields is considered a special advantage.
