We need an enthusiastic Customer Technical Support Executive to serve our overseas clients. You’ll be at the front line, serving as the voice of the company. By delivering world-class customer experience, you’ll be directly responsible for creating customer loyalty and nurturing business growth

:We need you to

Resolve complex customer care issues through careful investigation and in keeping with existing policies and procedures

Communicate solutions to customer issues in a clear, concise, friendly, and timely manner

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, social media, and live chat daily

Process applications and customer documentation according to relevant policies and regulations

File records and documents of customer interactions according to existing guidelines

Identify new marketing opportunities through customer feedback and contribute ideas to expand our customer base

Collaborate with members of our IT team to identify new ways to improve our website and systems

Perform regular testing on our website, products, and systems

Work at regular office hours with a dependable routine

Join efforts with customer support agents in different time zones to achieve the

optimum results in ensuring customer satisfaction

 

:You must have

Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written

Proficiency in a second language (both oral and written) is preferred

Previous work experience in a customer technical support and/or marketing role

Experience in the financial software development industry is preferred

:If you have the following, it’s a plus

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or computer science, or an equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

Familiarity in financial and investment products
