Preparation and presentation of management reports
Preparation of Training calendar.
preparation of Training budget.
Planning for performance management system.
Preparation for performance KPIs.
implementation of employee performance evaluation.
Oversee suggestions and ideas for improving HR processes.
Reviewing, designing and implementing the service compensation system (Position and person grading).
design of reward management system.
HR KPI reports.
Analytical reports of human resources.

Requirements:

Ability to manage team
Education level: Masters – Bachelors (HRM and other management Degree, psychology).
Experience: 5 to 8 years.
training courses: performance evaluation, training planning, ISO 10015, strategic management of human resources, talent management, evaluation center.
Required software: performance evaluation platforms, training management platforms, Jira.
