Requirements:
- Ability to manage team
- Education level: Masters – Bachelors (HRM and other management Degree, psychology).
- Experience: 5 to 8 years.
- training courses: performance evaluation, training planning, ISO 10015, strategic management of human resources, talent management, evaluation center.
- Required software: performance evaluation platforms, training management platforms, Jira.
- Education standards and educational needs assessment
Skills:
- management dashboard reports.
- Knowledge of human resource subsystems.
