  • Preparation and presentation of management reports
  • Preparation of Training calendar.
  • preparation of Training budget.
  • Planning for performance management system.
  • Preparation for performance KPIs.
  • implementation of employee performance evaluation.
  • Oversee suggestions and ideas for improving HR processes.
  • Reviewing, designing and implementing the service compensation system (Position and person grading).
  • design of reward management system.
  • HR KPI reports.
  •  Analytical reports of human resources.
 Requirements:


  • Ability to manage team 
  • Education level: Masters – Bachelors (HRM and other management Degree, psychology).
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years.
  • training courses: performance evaluation, training planning, ISO 10015, strategic management of human resources, talent management, evaluation center.
  • Required software: performance evaluation platforms, training management platforms, Jira.
  • Education standards and educational needs assessment
Skills:


  • management dashboard reports.
  • Knowledge of human resource subsystems.
  • English language.
