Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to final onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates.
- Design and execute creative strategies to attract top talent and fill key positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent sources, networking, and expanding the talent pool.
- Collaborate with senior management and HR teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best candidates are selected.
- Regularly evaluate and improve recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to enhance skills and performance.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Optimize recruitment tools and platforms to better attract talent.
- Review and update recruitment policies to align with new needs and regulations.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment processes and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in leading teams and managing talent acquisition projects.
- Knowledge of HR laws and hiring regulations.
