Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage and oversee multiple job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English.
