The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, collaborating with Operations Managers to fulfill staffing needs, and maintaining an updated candidate database. The role involves regular travel and requires excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, collaborating with Operations Managers to fulfill staffing needs, and maintaining an updated candidate database. Responsibilities:
- candidates for various field positions
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company
- Collaborate with Ops Managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates
- Maintain and update a database of potential candidates and ensure timely follow-up
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and manage reports, presentations, and other recruitment-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Supervisor on recruitment activities and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of Two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a field or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel to various locations for recruitment activities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
