Job Description:
- Working with the growth team to develop CRM campaigns that align with overall business objectives and Business Plan.
- Setting clear monthly and quarterly targets on orders, retention rate, cost, and other relevant measures
- Building and maintaining customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rates and revenue.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the CRO team to increase the CR% of each step in the customer journey funnel through marketing assets.
- Analyzing CRM channels daily and increasing customer retention rates by planning new CRM activities.
- Monitoring targets daily and monthly: Order, CAC, CPO, conversion, NMV, churn rate.
- Analyze complex customer data sets and find better segmentation of users based on historical/behavioral data.
- Running A/B test campaigns to improve CTR and CR in different channels
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.), RFM, and segmentation
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Marketing Automation and e-CRM concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools such as WebEngage
