Responsibilities

- Assess training needs based on business needs
- Design, plan and organize training programs for employees
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training data or program effectiveness
- Provide a variety of training techniques such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures or micro-learning.
- Develop and maintain E-learning Systems
- Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
- Negotiate contracts with clients for desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses
- Improving training procedures and process
- Monitor training dashboards and KPIs
- Analyze Training data and prepare required reports.
Requirements
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge about training Processes and programs
- English Language (writing and reading good)
- Knowledge about Human resources processes
- Active Learning
- Good Communication Skills
- Attention to detail
