About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs based on business needs
  • Design, plan and organize training programs for employees
  • Monitor, evaluate, or record training data or program effectiveness
  • Provide a variety of training techniques such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures or micro-learning.
  • Develop and maintain E-learning Systems
  • Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients for desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses
  • Improving training procedures and process
  • Monitor training dashboards and KPIs
  • Analyze Training data and prepare required reports. 
Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Good knowledge about training Processes and programs 
  • English Language (writing and reading good) 
  • Knowledge about Human resources processes 
  • Active Learning 
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail
