شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a technical support specialist to join the team and help us in supporting and being responsible for resolving technical issues across the Snapp Express. The major stakeholders to this team are both external (ex: chain stores, corner shops, dark stores) and internal (ex: call center and operation and controlling).

  •  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Be able to identify, investigates, then resolves the technical problems (within the SLA).
  • Provide insightful reports and postmortems.

Qualification:

  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Having a process improvement mindset and attention to detail.
  • Have a collaborative mindset and hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiar with networking principles and operating systems.
  • Experienced with Postman, Elastic search, and Kibana.
  • Be creative in finding alternative solutions and implementations.
  • Being familiar with the FMCG industry is a plus.
