Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Operational Service Performance: Utilize monitoring tools to ensure the stability and optimal performance of our applications.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Proactively identify root causes and document solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate and coordinate with development teams, clients, and other departments for swift and efficient resolution of technical problems.
  • Documentation: Keep system performance and process documentation up to date.
  • Incident Management: Be available during unexpected events (on-call) and manage critical situations effectively.
  • Continuous Learning: Commit to ongoing learning and updating your technical knowledge.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Proficiency in SQL, including query writing and optimization
  • Knowledge of log collection and rapid search services
  • Understanding of web services
  • Experience in supporting web-based software
  • Proficiency in log reading and software debugging (Troubleshooting/Debugging)

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in various software architecture patterns, especially microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus
  • Experience in maintaining software services and products on Linux systems
  • Good understanding of network concepts
  • Proficiency in a scripting language
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical and systematic thinking
