استخدام Category Management Intern

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description

  • Support end users by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing ongoing assistance with the ERP system.
  • Improve user experience through feedback collection, testing, and close collaboration with developers and designers.
  • Analyzing and evaluating existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Designing and implementing new processes and workflows within the ERP system to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance user experience.
  • Developing and documenting detailed process maps, flowcharts, and procedural documentation to guide end users in navigating the ERP system effectively.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation activities to ensure successful deployment of new ERP system features and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP system support to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics and SLAs to ensure the ERP system operates effectively.
  • Promptly address and investigate issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve them within specified timelines.

Requirements

  • Graduated in Industrial Engineering 


Technical Skills:

  • Familiar with ERP software structure
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and procedural documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes

 

Soft Skills:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve business processes within the ERP system.
  • Strong abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP system functionality and performance.
  • Ability to perform tasks independently
  • Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in ERP systems

Working Conditions :


  • Working Hours: Regular Business Hours
  • On-call: First 6 WDs of Gregorian months (working days until 10 PM, Holidays From 10AM to 4 PM)
Internship Duration: 3 months
Possibility of employment after the course
Training Category management and power BI and Excel
Recharging 7 million vouchers throughout the internship period.
