شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:



  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
  • High participation in the planning of required manpower needed in operations.
  • Ensure the timely availability of required manpower through direct hiring, Flex hiring, or contract hiring.
  • Training needs assessment and assisting learning and development performance in aligning training programs with business objectives. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Pro-active participation in designing and optimizing the required reward and bonus model in related teams in order to improve job satisfaction and retention.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience working as an HRBP.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with business executives
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to handle the human resource business partner team.
