Qualifications:
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a clear and friendly phone presence.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Ability to work during US and Canada time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A reliable and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with AI technology and home design is a plus but not required.
