استخدام Senior Product Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our product team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and interact closely with product stakeholders to obtain requirements, identify and solve problems, and deliver new value.
  • Developing product strategy according to the needs of customers and stakeholders
  • Identify, define, and analyze product performance indicators, Customer Impact Metrics, and Customer Personas
  • Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team to find and develop the best solutions to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Drafting, updating, and ensuring the team moves along the product roadmap
  • Product backlog management, iteration planning, user story description, and development, data analysis, and effect analysis
  • Researching and searching for the latest market events and identifying new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Mastery of software development processes
  • Mastery of formulating product strategy and preparing product roadmap
  • Mastery of compiling and managing the product backlog
  • Mastery of agile methodologies and related tools (Jira, Confluence, ...)
  • Experienced in designing and implementing operational processes
  • T-SQL knowledge is a necessity
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Ability to work collaboratively, strong public relations, and experience in stakeholder management
  • Preferably familiar with product design concepts
  • Preferably familiar with customer data analysis tools (Google Analytics, ...)
