• The job is a hybrid position in the Tehran office.

• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Act as the bridge between the development team and stakeholders, guiding the product development process and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
• Work closely with UX designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, measure product success, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage product releases, coordinate launch activities, and conduct post-release analysis to refine future iterations.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the smooth process of software development and high-quality deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent English level (writing, listening, and verbal).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner.
• With a minimum of +4 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for product development and planning.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
