شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Owner to join our agile development teams. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with the sales and development team to meet with clients, understand their use and needs, define product features, and ensure that the team is working on the right feature to maximize business value. You will play a critical role in aligning product development, customer demands, and the company's vision and goals.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:

Own and define the product backlog, and ensure that it accurately reflects priorities in line with the product strategy.
Clearly articulate the customer needs and requirements in the form of user stories.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the backlog.
Work closely with the development teams to ensure that the product backlog is ready for the next sprint.
Engage with stakeholders, customers, and users to validate and collect feedback on delivered features.
Accept or reject the work results from the development team.
Facilitate the Agile processes and execution, escalate impediments, and allow the teams to clarify the queries regarding the acceptance criteria of the product backlog items.
Actively manage risks and dependencies.
Foster a collaborative team environment, and participate in continuous improvement of the product and process.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing is a must. You will be asked to meet with customers as needed, and you must be able to fluently lead a conversation in English.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to understand and represent both the business and the customer.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira.
