Responsibilities:
● Running job analysis and keeping the job profiles updated.
● Responding to departments’ requests for organization chart revisions and modifications.
● Administering the performance management cycle and proposing ongoing improvements.
● Career planning and specifying the development paths for the employees to grow across the organization.
● Cooperation in the organization culture management initiatives.
● Running periodic engagement and satisfaction surveys and preparing analytical reports.
● Cooperating in the competency modeling projects.
● Administering the assessment centers for both selection and promotion purposes.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
● Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of HR.
● Hands-on experience in some of the tasks mentioned above.
● Good theoretical knowledge of different HR roles specifically organization development unit.
● Good command of English (Comprehension of technical texts).
● Good command of MS Office specifically Excel and Visio.
● Eager to learn.
● Good interpersonal skills.
● Good problem-solving skills.
● A humble team player
