استخدام Manager Assistant

AIC (Ariyam International College) operates alongside MyArman, a prominent study abroad institution that empowers students to achieve their academic goals abroad. Now, AIC is seeking a dedicated individual to join as an Assistant to the College Manager. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the College Manager, contributing to development and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills. As an assistant, you'll play a key role in running college programmes, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth college operations.
Your responsibilities:


  • Monitoring the portal's updates
  • Supervising and supporting personnel needs
  • Working closely with the College Manager
  • Organizing employee schedule
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Overseeing, archiving and update the scheduling, planning, and execution of sessions across the departments to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
Requirements for this Role:


  • 1+ years' experience of working on an Assistant Manager or other related position
  • Attention to detail. Familiarity with English is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good practical experience with MS Office

  • Part3: HR Interview and Job Offer (40 minutes - online)
