استخدام Directore Assistant

AIC (Ariyam International College) operates alongside MyArman, a prominent study abroad institution that empowers students to achieve their academic goals abroad. Now, AIC is seeking a dedicated individual to join as Assistant to the Academic Director. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Academic Director, contributing to the college's development and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, along with a passion for education. As Assistant to the Academic Director, you'll play a key role in supporting academic programmes, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth college operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the education manager
  • Designing evaluation charts for instructors
  • Coordinating students' exams
  • Conducting exams with invigilators.
  • Performing requested tasks by the education manager.
  • Reporting the number of conducted or canceled class sessions each month.
  • Creating online questionnaires.
  • Coordinating monitoring sessions.
  • Reviewing and recording students' study time.
  • Reviewing checklists of professors.
  • Reviewing conducted quizzes.
  • Checking the status of course warranties.
Requirements for this Role:

  • Good command of language skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Photoshop and other relevant software.

  • Part2: Technical Interview (45 Minutes - insite)
  • Part3: HR Interview and Job Offer (40 minutes - online)
