• Manage product strategy throughout the product life cycle
• Lead the product discovery process based on market feedback to ensure reaching product-market fit stage.
• Create, monitor, and manage the product delivery process to ensure that deliverables are aligned with strategy, roadmap, and release plan
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with all relevant teams, including business, design, technical, marketing, and operations teams
• Lead the creation and development of the product roadmap and release plan with the help of all stakeholders.
• Proficient in Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and ability to maintain backlogs based on these concepts
• Ability to manage product-related meetings, including stakeholder and Scrum team meetings (planning, daily, retrospective, and review)
• Develop a work breakdown structure, assign task weights, and set goals for each sprint
