As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flightio, your primary goal will be to engage in proactive headhunting to identify and attract exceptional talent. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers, utilizing your extensive network, and leveraging cutting-edge recruitment techniques to ensure we continue to thrive in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehensively understand staffing needs and establish clear candidate selection criteria.
- Sourcing Excellence: Employ your expert knowledge of various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and other online channels, to identify and engage top-notch candidates.
- Job Crafting: Craft compelling job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the specific requirements for each role.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Take the initiative to organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, actively working on building and nurturing a robust talent pipeline.
- Competency-Based Interviews: Utilize competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates effectively, ensuring a match with our organization's needs.
- Metrics and Analytics: Utilize your familiarity with recruitment metrics to track, measure, and optimize our recruitment processes for better results.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: At least Two years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or a similar role.
- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, using a variety of interview techniques and evaluation methods to assess candidate qualifications.
- Sourcing Prowess: Proficiency with social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks for sourcing top talent.
- LinkedIn Mastery: Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.
- Age range between 22 to 35
