استخدام Business Intelligence Analyst (دورکاری)

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (who is comfortable working in an agile environment) to enhance our BI system that helps us bridge the gap between our data and our decision-makers to make better decisions.
You are responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, spot trends, as well as recognize potential issues and offer solutions.
You will be working closely with product, technical, marketing, and the data warehouse teams.

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements to data requirements.
- Review and validate incoming data.
- Analyze data to identifying statistically significant patterns.
- Evaluate and improve existing BI dashboards.
- Design and develop BI dashboards using sales, marketing, and customer usage data.
- Crafting and executing SQL queries upon request for data and modifying existing reports, as necessary.
- Create ad-hoc visualizations and reports for requested projects.
- Identify and review the appropriate technological solutions for various reporting needs.
- Collaborate with BI system end users to navigate the new request process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gain a rich understanding of business processes, analytics, and reporting needs and gaps.
- Collaborate with data warehouse team to understand system data and its usage.
- Participate actively in routine meetings with department heads and/or super users to identify, document, prioritize their needs and receive direction and oversight from senior staff.
- Review and upgrade technical documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.

Requirements
- Experience with BI technologies and reporting tools (e.g. Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Superset)
- Experience in data science programming languages (Python, R, SAS)
- Strong knowledge of statistics and math.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with relational databases, database management systems, and OLAP tools.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong focus on achieving objectives within prescribed timelines while maintaining quality standards and organization requirements.
- Time management skills and flexibility to manage multiple initiatives and shift priorities based on business needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work within a project-based environment
- Interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with teams across organizational lines.
