Responsibilities:
- Analyze the requests of the employer
- Create effective communications with the employer to analyze requests.
- Make the requests in the prescribed time.
- Analyze the configuration requests.
- Make requests and apply configurations to the system.
- Plan for periodical services.
- Prepare and update necessary documents to perform periodical services.
- Analyze the announced requests from the IPCC and the problems of the subscribers
Requirements:
- Good practice in SQL
- Hands-on skills in ITIL.
- Hands-on skills in GSM.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Good performance management.
- Effective communication skills.
