● Preparation of Training calendar.

● preparation of Training budget.

● Planning for performance management system.

● Preparation for performance KPIs.

● implementation of employee performance evaluation.

● Oversee suggestions and ideas for improving HR processes.

● Reviewing, designing and implementing the service compensation system (Position and person grading).

● design of reward management system.

● HR KPI reports.

● Analytical reports of human resources.

 

Requirements:

Education level: Masters – Bachelors (HRM and other management Degree, psychology).

Experience: 5 to 8 years.

training courses: performance evaluation, training planning, ISO 10015, strategic management of human resources, talent management, evaluation center.

Required software: performance evaluation platforms, training management platforms, Jira.

Education standards and educational needs assessment

 

Skills:

management dashboard reports.

Knowledge of human resource subsystems.

English language.
