Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (LinkedIn Ninja)
We are looking for a passionate recruiter who loves what they do and is committed to growing personally while helping others grow professionally. As part of our team, you’ll help build a world-class talent pipeline by sourcing, engaging, and closing top candidates — especially across tech roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively source and engage with qualified candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
Write compelling outreach messages that spark real conversations
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and pipelines
Schedule interviews and follow-ups in coordination with hiring managers
Collaborate with technical teams to understand role requirements
Contribute to building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent

Role Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Persian
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Boolean search, and candidate sourcing strategies
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups
Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Passionate about recruitment and building great teams

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably tech)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Air table, or CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with international recruitment or headhunting
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Loom, and Calendly
Understanding of employer branding and content-driven hiring strategies

Work Location & Schedule:

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
Remote day: Tuesday
