شرح موقعیت شغلی

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customer

Help customers through email, phone and in person meetings

Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key accounts

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs

Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Being familiar with market trends & VAS ecosystem

 

:Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc in Business Management or any relevant field or IT Previous •Experience: 3+ years of account manager experience Familiar with VAS industry

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills related to telecommunication industry

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Self-motivated Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Having knowledge about digital advertising analysing and related tools

Having work experience in aggregator, Cp / Sp
