We’re looking for a Senior C&B Specialist to support and execute DotOne’s compensation, benefits, payroll-related processes, and HR operations. This role will contribute to building accurate, scalable, and data-driven C&B processes while ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and job levels.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
- Support annual salary review, bonus, and reward cycles.
- Manage employee benefits and related operational processes.
- Coordinate payroll-related activities, salary adjustments, advances, and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate compensation data, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Support job grading and leveling initiatives.
- Develop and improve C&B policies, processes, and workflows.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and payroll processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and strong process ownership.
- Experience in developing and improving HR processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast-growing or startup environment is a plus.
