About Avicenna:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & Office Assistant with experience in full-cycle recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, candidate outreach and assessment, and a strong understanding of software engineering roles and the technology ecosystem to join our international company on a full-time, remote basis.

Responsibilities:

Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
Source, approach, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, while building talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
Perform talent market research and identify effective sourcing strategies.
Track recruitment activities and prepare regular reports, records, and documentation.
Organize company events and coordinate employee gift packages for special occasions, celebrations, and company milestones.
Handle day-to-day office assistance and administrative duties, and support different departments when required.

Professional Requirements:

This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must be based in Tehran.
Professional communication and presentation during online meetings and interviews.
Minimum four years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong experience in active sourcing and candidate outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing techniques.
Strong English writing skills.
Strong resume-screening, candidate-evaluation, and HR interviewing skills.
Good understanding of software engineering roles and the technology recruitment market.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with AI productivity tools for drafting documents, preparing presentations, summarizing meetings, and automating routine tasks.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage.

Highly organized, responsible, and results-oriented, with strong planning and time-management skills.
Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
