Herlife is a period tracker application for Persian-speaking women, with a vision of building a better life for females by helping them understand their bodies better.
As a Senior Product Manager in Herlife, you will lead and own the Product vision and Strategy. This role requires product excellence, strategic thinking, technical understanding, great communication, and collaboration. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for product strategy and execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch features that provide a seamless experience for our users.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management working with mobile technology products
- Proven track record of thoughtful, user-focused insights that have led to successful consumer product or feature launches
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Uncovering the user needs and problems, prioritizing them using quantitative and qualitative data.
- You’ll guide your team to focus on, build, and ship the features that make Herlife the best period tracker in Iran.
- Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the product, aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use that information to inform product decisions.
- Leading the team in establishing initiatives that are set and measured as part of the company OKR process.
- Being a reliable and proactive member of an established team.
