My role at flightio was first as a UX researcher. After that, I was selected as
the senior product designer. During this time, with the help of the team,
we did the following activities:
Product analysis, user research user task flow, user testing
data driven process (ms clarity,GA,GTM, data team)

Simplifying processes: (search, selection, reservation)

15% reduction of errors and problems in Rosero processes

30% increase in the speed of viewing to purchase and reservation (2.5x)
from 25 minutes to less than 12 minutes.

Removing some information and sections in the processes (content
architecture)

Reduction of call center entries (35%)
