  • Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve Zibal’s products and services.
  • Prioritize user experience and ensure our offerings meet the needs of our clients.
• Innovative Thinking:
  • Brainstorm and propose new features or services that could benefit Zibal’s clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into product development.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product strategies and optimize performance.
  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs to ensure product success and make informed decisions.
• Collaborative Teamwork:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to bring products to life.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to achieve product goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the product area.
• Experience in the fintech or payment processing industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
