We are a fast-growing startup building a scalable, high-performance Marketing Automation Platform. Our team is small, focused, and moves quickly to solve real infrastructure and product challenges.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid–Senior DevOps Engineer (3–5+ years) to design, manage, and improve our cloud-native infrastructure. You will work closely with engineers to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient, with Kubernetes at the core of our platform.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Design, maintain, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure 
  •  Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads 
  •  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines 
  •  Automate infrastructure and operational processes 
  •  Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability 
  •  Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems 
  •  Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions 
  •  Collaborate with engineering teams to improve workflows and deployments 
  •  Contribute to security, backup, and disaster recovery practices 

Required Skills & Experience

  •  3–5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering 
  •  Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker 
  •  Experience with CI/CD and automation tools (e.g., Ansible) 
  •  Solid understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals 
  •  Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, etc.) 
  •  Experience working with production systems and distributed architectures 
  •  Familiarity with some of the following: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Airflow 
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership 
  •  Good communication and teamwork skills 

Nice to Have

  •  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) 
  •  Familiarity with GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux) 
  •  Experience with service mesh or security best practices 
  •  Experience with AI-driven automation or engineering tools 
  •  Background in high-traffic SaaS systems
