Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing the product roadmap, backlog, and release plan for the wealth management platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product features and prioritize initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer pain points.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Write and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Support the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of features by working with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor product performance metrics, assess the impact of new releases, and recommend improvements.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to develop high quality product documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality
- and efficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field within fintech, banking, or investments.
- Experience in UX research and design thinking methodologies.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance in fintech.
