شرح موقعیت شغلی

An educated and experienced IT professional with expertise in full life cycle of software design process including requirements definition, business modeling, business analysis, design, interface implementation, testing and maintenance, eager to work in the .world-class and leading level of the business

Technical Skills

• Experienced in web application programming using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, C#, ASP. Net, markup languages (HTLM, XML, CSS)

• Extensive experience of applying the latest cutting edge technologies

Business Skills

• Familiar with software and network systems and technologies

• Knowledge of cloud services is preferred

• This position requires your leadership to flourish.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Excellent ability to perform well in a team or individual environment

• Excellent communicator that collaborates with team members and consults with third party vendors to achieve goals.

• Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot client issues

• Understand and solve technical problems

• Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions

• Articulate and very effective working with people of different backgrounds

• Organized and detail oriented and result driven approach

• Cooperatively work with others to produce and deliver required work

Education

• BSc in computer, IT or software engineering

• Minimum 5 years of expertise, at least two years in software development, is a must.

Responsibilities:

 Providing daily/weekly and monthly reports of the system

 Communicating with the customer to analyze new requirements

 Providing change requirements for the movements

 CRM application integration

 Integrating new Patches

 Fixing Onsite Issues

 Integrating new systems and services, either internal or third party ones

 Setting up and maintaining servers for the system

 Analyzing issues and assigning to the responsible team

 Defining migration solutions with customers

 Maintaining technical documents and customers with latest versions

 Analysis of the solutions according to business objectives
