About Us: Vency is an innovative fintech company reshaping the lendtech industry. We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Junior Product Manager to help us deliver cutting-edge solutions efficiently.

Job Description:

As a Junior Product Manager at Vency, you will support product development and agile processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered successfully while adhering to Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Product Management

  • Work closely with product managers to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog. 
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure product features align with business goals. 
  • Assist in developing user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
2.Scrum Master

  • Assist in leading Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Support the team in Agile practices and adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Help identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress.
3.Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and schedules.
  • Assist in resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
4.User-Centric Focus:

  • Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to ensure a user-centered product design.
  • Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to inform product improvements.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a product management role or relevant internship within the fintech or software development industry.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a user-centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of fintech, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
