About Us: Vency is an innovative fintech company reshaping the lendtech industry. We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Junior Product Manager to help us deliver cutting-edge solutions efficiently.

Job Description:

As a Junior Product Manager at Vency, you will support product development and agile processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered successfully while adhering to Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Product Management

Work closely with product managers to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure product features align with business goals.
Assist in developing user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

2.Scrum Master

Assist in leading Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Support the team in Agile practices and adherence to Scrum principles.
Help identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress.

3.Project Coordination:

Coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and schedules.
Assist in resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.

4.User-Centric Focus:

Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to ensure a user-centered product design.
Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to inform product improvements.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a product management role or relevant internship within the fintech or software development industry.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a user-centric mindset.
Knowledge of fintech, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
