At Taline we are looking for a motivated and capable Product Manager to join our team. We want someone who can use their knowledge and experience, combined with skills and creativity, to guide Taline on the path of growth and into the future.
This role requires strong experience and knowledge in Fintech, Finance, and Investment, as well as the ability to analyze data and make Strategic, Data-Driven Decision Making.
You will also have an active presence in the product team, contributing to the growth and development of our product chapter.

Responsibilities
- Analyze the market, competitors, and user needs to identify growth opportunities
- Design and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, aligned with product strategy and company goals
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and other parts of the organization
- Use a Data-Driven approach in decision making
- Define KPIs, monitor them, and deliver analytical reports
- Take ownership of delivering a strong and seamless user experience in Taline
- Create and maintain documentation for every stage of product design and development
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies and use tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Manage stakeholders and gather their requirements effectively
Requirements
- Minimum of Three Years of Experience in a relevant industry (fintech, finance, or capital markets)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
- Familiarity with API Concepts and Databases
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Proficiency in English for reading and writing
- A strong team player with a problem-solving mindset
