شرح موقعیت شغلی

Organizational Development Specialist is responsible of the performance management system that are most impactful toward the business success. This includes working with internal stakeholders to ensure that priority initiatives are focused on improving teams’ outcomes and incorporate measurable short- and long-term goals. Applies change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses. Designs new processes or operating models and creates timelines and project plans detailing the implementation process, specifically focusing on how employees' work will change.

 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in development and/or coordination of all OD related trainings, surveys and assessments
  • Apply Change Management Framework tools and techniques to OD initiatives
  • Participate in development and/or coordination of performance management processes, procedures, and frameworks specifically OKRs system
  • Coordination of developing and monitoring KPIs and KRAs
  • Developing quarterly report based on criteria measurements and improvements gap
  • Designing and implementing feedback loop across teams and people
  • Designing development plan and improvements targets in individual level
 

Requirements

  • BA/MS degree preferred (HRM, I/O psychology or Industrial engineering) or equivalent business experience.
  • Proven knowledge/application of organizational change management methodology.
  • +2 years experience generating performance results reporting.
  • Thorough knowledge of performance measurement techniques (Such as OKRs, KPIs, Competency and etc.)
  • Understands well defined goals and sets priorities to reach them. 
  • Ability to perform advanced computer skills (e.g., MS Office, etc.)
  • Familiar with performance management online platforms
