As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the awesome responsibility of partnering with our New Product Development, Innovation and Technology teams to ensure we have a talented, diverse workforce now and for our future.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with department leadership to determine adjunct faculty requirements needs.
- Manages full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and advising/coaching hiring managers in the selection process.
- Ensure up-to-date recruitment metrics are maintained and communicated to key team members on an ongoing basis.
- Ad hoc recruitment projects and systems improvements as needed.
- Manage the scheduling of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
- Innovate new ways to increase open positions' conversion rate.
Requirements:
- 2+ years recruiting experience
- Ability to communicate with candidates with conviction
- Persuasion skills for headhunting the right persons and affecting their career decisions.
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Maximum age: 30
