Job Title: Junior HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior HR Specialist with a focus on Talent Acquisition for our Iran regional office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Farsi and possess comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes. This role requires a brave and self-motivated individual who values loyalty and confidentiality, capable of handling all recruitment-related functions with integrity and cultural sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the Indian HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
· Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in the HR system.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
· Fluency in both English and Farsi, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
