شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Provide excellent support to customer inquiries via email, phone, and video call to understand their needs and ensure their success with Taskulu.
• Respond quickly and delightfully to clients through all channels (email, phone).
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the Taskulu team.
• Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they understand the full potential of Taskulu.
• Understand and prioritize resolution on customer issues.
• Onboard new customers.
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned.

• 0-2 years relevant professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project management and productivity tools.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills in Farsi.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
• BA Degree in industrial engineering, business management, or any relevant field.

• Tuition and Education: We love to learn new stuff. The company Learning Fund will pay for any books and online courses that you’d like to take (Coursera, Udemy, etc.). Getting certain course certificates that meet the eligibility criteria, will also result in an increase in your salary. The Learning fund will also pay up to 1m IRT per year for short-term learning opportunities and skill development such as conferences and workshops.
• Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Thursdays 9am to 2pm.
