- Responsible for all aspects of sourcing and hiring professionals to fill positions.
- Communicate with the hiring managers to identify potential job openings and their requirements.
- Screen applicants for job compatibility by phone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Source potential applicants through niche platforms, as well as identify future hiring requirements and improve job descriptions.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' skills.
- Work with department directors to compile a consistent list of demands.
- Candidate sourcing via various channels, such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative method.
- Analyze candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to find out which ones are most suited to open positions.
- Support the company's reputation and its attractiveness as a career opportunity.
- Contribute in boot camps, job fairs, or any other venue in order to enforce the employer branding and find potential candidates and create a good talent pool.
- Work with KPIs, be happy with reporting, and assess the process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written.
- Persuasion skills for headhunting the right persons and affecting their career decisions.
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
- Expert in HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Familiar with market and its competitive environment.
- Fluent in English.
