استخدام Marketing Data Analyst

شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will dive deep into marketing data, such as campaigns, analyze large data sets, discovering root causes for major problems, designing long-term solutions, and executing the whole scope of digital acquisition (both drivers and passengers). The role is a highly impact-full with goals that directly impact users’ experience, and the bottom line of the business. The ideal candidate will need to be a self-learner, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.


Tasks in detail: 


  • Extracting, auditing and cleansing data required for decision-making.
  • Running exploratory data analysis with statistical methodology and creating data models.
  • Generating business insights, and providing practical recommendations.
  • Designing and developing metrics and dashboards, to improve performance, reduce costs, or making key business decisions.
  • Producing written documentation to support your work, and generating conclusive reports based on your findings to present to stakeholders.
  • Planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, and performing experiments (A/B tests) to optimize conversion rates (user funnels).
  • Monitoring continuously, and reporting performance of the campaigns, and assessing cost and effect (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.

Responsibilities:


  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Digital Marketer or Campaign Manager.
  • Strong business sense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with statistical modelling, and analyzing large and complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio).
  • Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools, especially SQL and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.
  • Familiarity with Stata, R or Python is a plus.
