• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Engage customers on our social media properties (contests, content, etc.) to driven feedback.
• Manage the reports necessary to show growth and performance of the team.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• +3 years of experience as a Social Media manager or similar role.
• Pick up trending issues and provide reports to respective teams for analysis.
• Understanding of Social Media Marketing/engagement.
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Great interpersonal and people management.
