استخدام Product Owner

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Sternx is scaling up, and now we’re seeking another owner for one of our products. The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most importantly, we require a product manager who can help us build better products that people love to use.

Objectives

  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and digital marketing teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management.

Responsibilities

  • Run sprints, including AC, DOR, DOD, and other events
  • Follow our competitors and the industry 
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the team
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
  • Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

Required skills

  • Solid experience as a Product Owner and development
  • Experienced in product management tools like Jira, Figma, BPMN2,
  • Understanding of UI/UX concepts and prototyping tools. 
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.
  • Knowledge of devices ecosystem guidelines such as  Windows, macOS, and linux
  • Familiarity with programming language
  • Familiarity with the network
  • Familiarity with security
Soft skills

  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills (be a Leader, people won't leave)  
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
  • Previous experience in Scrum Master
