* Experience communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels within organizations.
* A confident personality with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization.
* The ability to simplify complex problems into component parts and evaluate systematically.
* Evidence of problem solving and providing creative solutions.
* Experience leading and growing a team, in conjunction with your Engineering Manager.
* Excellent prioritization skills and ROI mindset.
* Ideally, a good foundation in technology with an ability to translate technical requirements to a non-technical audience.
