-Responsible for the daily planning, organization and follows up of all activities, knowing all Logistic process, planning and related software.
-Preparing and controlling sales order, checking demand for goods and arranging payments to suppliers.
-A good communication and connection with factory staff (suppliers) and Transportation Company (to best receiving) is intended.
-Correspondence with agents, customers and cooperation with sales experts.
-Updating clients about latest shipment status.
-Issue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
-Transportation & Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods.
-Handling and monitoring export procedures and documentation and all related matters.
Technical Knowledge and Skills :

Effective Communication
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Excel)
Fluent in English (excellent writing & speaking communication)
Familiar with FMCG industry is preferred
