Core requirements

• 0-3 years experience
• Passion for working on complex topics that require thinking about the complete business and product processes. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. 
• Have technical proficiency i.e. understand software development processes and can cleanly outline logic and processes.
• Understand how to outline KPIs impacted by a project and actively follow through them to measure how successful/unsuccessful a feature rollout is. 
• A can do attitude with excellent problem solving skills in the presence of tight deadlines or limited resources. 
• Ruthless prioritization skills. 
• Basic English conversation skills and intermediate reading skills. 

Good to have

• Great project management.
• Experience with SQL/python and understanding of PHP. 
• Experience in e-commerce logistics. 
• Follow latest product and tech trends and understand what game breaking features have organizations released in the past few months. 
•  Love for managing customer experience and thinking through scenarios thoroughly to decide what is best for the customer. 

How you'll add value? 

• Define the roadmap and break it down in OKRs and KPIs. 
• Break down the roadmap into small deliverables for each sprint. 
• Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders on requirements, including Business, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Be on top of business priorities and change the roadmap to support new businesses priorities as new business situations arise.
• Make PRDs for new features and benchmark them against the best in the e-commerce business.  
• Participate in scrum meetings (Standups, retrospectives etc) and make tickets/sprints on Jira. 
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on updates on roadmaps/sprints/new releases.
