شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job brief

We are looking for a support specialist who will liaise with our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues and warehouse issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.


Role and Responsibilities

• Management and resolve customer complaints through ticketing and calls

• Identify and escalate issues to the supervisor.

• Document all information according to standard operating procedures

• Follow up on customer issues (history) where necessary

• Complete reports

• Collaborate with other teammates to create innovative ideas


Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Completed associate or bachelor's degree

• Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• 1 years of experience in a call center environment

• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

• Excellent data entry and typing skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
